Tuesday 28 December 2010: The Thaw has set in at Last....
At last the snow is going and the ice is slowly receding on the canal the revellers bottles and cans are slowly sinking or floating away.
Down at the Waterfront the narrow boats look very cold and lonely as the lie in the Marina in their moorings.
Mrs BM went out bargain hunting and bought back all next years cards and wrapping paper from the shops.
While I sat in front of the TV and chilled out for the first time this holiday, then I downloaded some books for my new Kindle, brilliant, but I bet I regret it tomorrow when Mrs BM finds me loads of jobs to get stuck into.
We will see.
