Father in law (89) wanted to go out so we wrapped him up lashed on his 40 year old boots gave him his stick and we walked the mile and a bit in snow from Elterwater to Skelwith bridge and while Mrs Wild and the lads with F-i-L had a picnic I legged it back to get the truck. I took me considerably less time than the walk out. Bravo to F-i-L to do the walk for 89 he his in quite rude health for his age just a shame his memory seems to come and go.

Had a quick go at some land art inspire by Richard Shilling who i did a workshop with in the Autumn. We broke the icicles off the underside off a bridge and planted them in the snow.
