Thursday 30 December 2010: Sunburst
Not much happening today, just catching up with a few odds and ends and a bit of pottering. I went over the mountain to take Lisa her present - the roads had been impassable during Christmas so it was good to see her and catch up. Coming back, the view was stunning as the sun burst through the clouds.
Catching up with lots of reading (currently into Abandoned Mansions of Ireland - fascinating and beautifully photographed) and DVDs (The King's Speech - excellent and strangely moving - highly recommended). And there's still some Christmas cake left :)
