2009 winter festival at the university, held in the old Alex Square prior to its refurbishment. Mulled wine and cider for sale with added amaretto, an ice rink to slide around on after a few drinks, and the strains of all your favourite Christmas songs wafting through the air in accompaniment. Always a winner.
