Saturday 1 January 2011: Evolution
I won't quote 'survival of the fittest' here as it may not be appropriate (only time will tell) but since yesterday's rather dramatic furniture shift, Claudia's attentions have been focused elsewhere: on previous out-of-reach fishies.
She has since discovered that they are well within reach now the armchair is there instead of the wicker sofa. I have tried persuading her to come down (and you all saw how well my persuasions went yesterday) but have had to settle for spreading cushions around the base of the chair. "Just in case".
Natural selection at its best, I wonder if she'll thrive.
