Sunday 2 January 2011: Super Freakonomics
Just finished one of my Christmas books, and I thought I'd share it here because it really took me by surprise.
I can't say that the jacket quote of "Thrilling" from the Financial Times inspired me to much optimism, but I really enjoyed it.
I think that's because it's just like one of those Big Books of Facts for Boys that I used to love when I was wee - but this one is for grown-ups. I can't say I always agree with the authors conclusions, but it is an interesting read none-the-less.
