Monday 3 January 2011: Gull on the rocks
On my way home to Caithness today I decided to make a detour and turned off the A9 before Tain. I ended up in the village of Shandwick which has a beautiful beach and harbour. The wind was biting cold but managed to get this picture before retreating back to the car and continuing on the last leg of my journey.
