Tuesday 4 January 2011: Fresh from the Garden

Straight from the garden are these courgettes, they will have to be picked daily now, cause with a blink of the eye they turn in a marrow.....(no not a pumkin), gave them a wash and figured they may make a blip.....??

Our visitors left this morning, the house is so quiet without the sounds of children. Have done a clean up, now watching some tennis.....Dafina Safina playing Wickmayer at the moment. Yesterday Maria Sharapova had a win and OMG has she ever got a rock on her finger, blimmy!!! It is a bit of a coup to draw these players to NZ, and they are drawing the crowds in.

Back to work tomorrow, but just for one day, then only two days next week before we head away with friends/blippers for a 4 x 4 trip, lots of photography and fun will be had!!

Tonight we, dups, katey & Chrissy Belle are going to the movies to see the final in the trilogy "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest" will have to get my head around reading the sub titles again.
