Wednesday 5 January 2011: Glasgow Statue
I found this by accident and don't know anything about it. Maybe someone can help?
I was dodging the rain and went into Princes Square centre from Buchanan Street and decided to come out the back exit which heads towards Queen Street. Came across this which I have never seen before and don't know what it means.
