The British Hatter

I've not long been back from a trip to Bath, which involved a visit to the Apple store in the new Southgate shopping centre. From the staff I had the pick of any number of geeky dudes and an attractive young woman. She withstood my inquisition and I came away furnished with all the information I required.

I took quite a few photographs in Bath, very few involving rivers, canals, ducks or cats, although Bath can provide all these things. Some were architectural in nature, others more abstract, but the one I have selected is a simple shop front. Bath has a number of specialist shops that only an affluent city can sustain. It makes a change from the charity shops, betting franchises, mobile phone outlets, opticians and Poundlands that make up the majority of shopping choices between the boarded up windows in most of the small towns around here.
