Saturday 8 January 2011: 'cross the street

The weekend brought with it family time, snow and a welcome respite. Has it only been three days back at work?

After trying to fit blips around stupidly exagerrated working hours I finally had time to blip with purpose... but fell foul of a lack of inspiration and then missed the best of the light. This is the last picture I took and won the family vote.

An unexpected highlight though... running into justsitting deep in popular photo territory down by the Union Canal. He opened with the classic 'have you just started blipping?'. Great to meet you.
