Oliebollen & Appelbeignets!

On New Year's Eve we always eat 'oliebollen' and 'appelbeignets'. Some other blippers have blipped oliebollen/oil balls/fritters as well.. This evening my boyfriend and I made some of both, it was a bit of a guess as we made it from the real basics (flour etc) as opposed to making it from special flour that is sold in the Netherlands. We used Bramley apples for the beignets. They tasted delicious! :)
