FAST! ( but not furious! )

A very wet day! However, we were very lucky! We found a one hour gap to take Chloe to the beach. After being stuck in for most of the morning she was gad to get a run. As you can see from the blip!!!
Keep Fit tonight...all ages and abilities. Lillian is now 87, and sometimes she doesn't do all of the press ups, or all of the star jumps! Shock Horror!
