What treasure lies within the chest?

Not gold coins. Not money. Nothing but pills and such. My brother and his wife gave us this box at Christmas filled with goodies: coffee, wine, candy, biscuits, etc. The box made a cool and handy place to keep the meds nearby without cluttering up the place.
