Tuesday 11 January 2011: Sea Treasures

I love the sea, but by the time I got out of work today it was too dark to go down and look for something interesting to blip. So here are some of my favourite treasures that I have collected when out beach walking. Not sure why I get so excited every time a see a bit of sea glass or sea scoured pottery but I can't stop myself reaching out for it and stuffing it in my pocket.
I have several boxes full of stuff from the shore and occasionally I get creative and make collages out of them - they look great mounted on thin slabs of Caithness flagstone.
