Monday 10 January 2011: Leftover Pancakes, Dinner of Champions!
Woe is me. My dear wife had served a wonderful dish of tortellini with pesto sauce, but I thought it needed dash of cheese. Unfortunately, the cheese was a little ripe and my dash was more like a mountain. Now completely covered in bad cheese, there was nothing left but to chuck it into the garbage. With great sadness.
Rummaging around in the fridge revealed a stack of leftover pancakes...
