Linzer biscuit

Biscuit for breakfast!! Mmmmm!! With a cup of English Breakfast!! Lol!! The history of this particular biscuit is that it became known as the Empire Biscuit when World War 1 started. Before then it was called the linzer or german biscuit!! Whatever it's called it is yummy!! :-)))
