Trainee cake maker

Some time with my big girl whilst little brother off to football. She has inherited my love of cake baking.

Nice simple recipe:
4oz self raising flour
4oz caster sugar
4oz margarine/butter
2 eggs
Pinch bicarbonate of soda
Few drops vanilla essence

Mix altogether. Put in fairy cases. Bake for 13-15 mins at 190c

Yummy! Shame my diet won't let me eat one :-(
