Sunday 16 January 2011: Attitudes and apprehension
Mr. Nosey was reintroduced to the household this evening. Bella insisted he wasn't afraid of spiders and would have been fine in the attic, but that's not what he whispered to me as I carried him down the ladder; he told me there was a big hairy one up there and it was staring at him all night long.
Been getting lots of bits and pieces ready for Boston today, which is a mere four days away now. The excitement's giving way to apprehension, not least because I think I'm really going to miss this one (and her attitude problem). Never mind, I'm sure it'll all pass in a blur...
