Lovely stuff

Gotta love my wife. She score not one but TWO outstanding mustard cheese truckles (or as we call them in Canada: cheese pucks - for obvious reasons). We searched high and low for this cheese but were unable to get it them - then voila - there they were so she bought them both and a couple more of the Highland cheeses to make the holiday cheese set complete. Add to that a lovely English beer and it makes for a pleasant Sunday afternoon.
