Kinda Horrigans

Tuesday 18 January 2011: Little bit lost...

326/365: Firstly - sorry about the terrible photo! Have got zero creativity at the moment because I'm still pooped from working through the weekend. So, I'd given Felix this little robot, Danbo, to play with and we were playing with it in the dark because a) its eyes light up and b) if you discover that, then you next have to find somewhere dark to go and play (naturally!)... so I blipped it. And that's about it. My brain feels jet-lagged.

I've also just written the most boring blurb about my day ever, so I've deleted it.

Then, I just tried writing an even briefer summary. And that was *still* boring. So that's gone too.

The one line summary is this:

Had a day off with Felix, he had fun, I had fun, we did lots. Fin.

There. That's not so boring. Well, it is. But it's shorter. So that's fine.

Oh, and I also bought the kids a couple of combination locks for their bikes which work using colours and shapes instead of numbers. They're genius! I quite fancy having one myself, to be honest!! Might try chaining the kids together so that I can get some peace and quiet. Not actually for a bike or anything like that. Good grief, no!

Right. That's the end of my most boring blip ever. Poppy our kitten is sitting next to me (she's being spayed tomorrow so she's sitting next to me to try to make me feel guilty, I'm sure of it!) whilst the kids mess about in the bath. They've run all the water out and they're sliding around in it. And me? I can't be bothered to tell them to quit it. I have a date with sitting down. I've also just withdrawn from a course I stupidly signed up for last year when I didn't realise this year would already be so full... and I fancy doing some serious vegging in an evening for a while.

PS If I can't think of anything more interesting to blip tomorrow, I'll blip a piece of grey card and that will do. :o)
PPS Even my PS's are boring!
PPPS GAH!!
