Loch Long

Quite a tricky meander today , up Loch Fyne, round Loch Long and down Loch Lomond to pick up our grandson in Alexandria , then across to Stirlingshire.Later had to do the same meander in reverse. All this in the most amazing conditions , freezing fog , intermixed with bright sunshine , rather heavy going and slow at times, yet the Rest and Be Thankful as completely clear of mist.
Stopped at Arrocher for a break as driving in the mist was quite a strain . Rewarded with a break in the mist and some lovely light over the head of the Loch which was so still with some clear reflections. Unfortunately the water urface seemed to be dirty so not as good shot as I would have liked.

Got home quite late hence the very late posting tonight.
