Wednesday 19 January 2011: Sisters
My sister is in Dallas today and tomorrow for work.. so I met up with her to celebrate our oldest brother's birthday today and my birthday yesterday. We decided on sushi - Yutaka Sushi Bistro.
It. Was. Phenomenal.
Seared Foie Gras with braised furofuki daikon and yuzu marmalade
Japanese Antipasto - Chef's choice.
Seaweed Caviar Martini.
Hamachi handroll.
Red Snapper sashimi with truffle yuzu (?)
Snow Maiden sake.
And a bit of shopping after dinner. I wish Catherine would visit more often.
