Frank

Up at 6 for a horribly dark and cold 21 mile bike ride and planned to do something exciting with the rest of the day. Unfortunately I was rather too shagged to do anything apart from sleep on the sofa. Luckily our old friend frank noon came round with his dog and daughter Florence and entertained us.

Frank used to be a pro rock drummer and was actually the original drummer in Def Leppard! See here!
Now he's a pro photographer and does actually blip occasionally!
