Spent the best part of today assembling IKEA cupboards and a table and came very close to a terminal nervous breakdown. If you place that rawlplug in the wrong spot you're doomed, waaaahhhh x(
This reminded me of a term I heard in a lecture on "Strategic Management": Co-Producing. Basically you let the customer do your work, selling him the experience as "added-value" - foolproof business model...
