Reconnecting with Barcelona

DD had the bright idea to go up to the 22nd floor of the Torre Catalunya Hotel, which is right on the edge of our barrio, near Estacion de Sants railway station. I shot different framings but at the end of the day couldn't resist this one, with just a little slant to make it mine! Prize for the best guess at the number of windows in shot!

It is only the second time we've been here, but certainly it won't be the last. A celebration dinner at one of the tables overlooking this view has its attractions (see Digitaldaze's blip )! Towards the left you can see the Banco Sabadell building (black and white) on Avda. Diagonal, and the Sagrada Familia straight ahead (51,000 people attended its open day today!). The two main streets in view cutting through the buildings are Calle Provenca (to the left) and Calle Mallorca (to the right).

PS
Although the DOF isn't great, it's still worth a look in LARGE
