Beach Reflections

This week I'm co-leading an instructional photo tour with world-renowned bird photographer Arthur Morris in San Diego, California. This afternoon we headed down to the beach below the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) campus near the Scripps Pier, with the intent of photographing shore birds. The light reflecting off the cliffs was so incredible, however, that I found myself focusing more attention on the reflections in the water. As a result, this turned out to be one of my favorite photos of the day.
