Tuesday 25 January 2011: Moonblush tomatoes
This is what greeted me this morning - tomatoes that you 'dry' overnight in the oven with herbs......dinner part prepared before even leaving the house?......Result!
Plan to throw them into chilli pasta with some feta & mint....
