Great chieftain o' the puddin-race!

This was probably one of the most authentic Burn's Suppers I've ever had and the irony of the matter is that I'm not even in Scotland :)

We decided to experiment and make our own vegetarian haggis, since at such short notice, it seemed a wee bit too daunting and perhaps even impossible to go out an source a lamb's stomach, heart, lungs etc...

It turned out very well and to share it with you all, here is the recipe! We enjoyed this vegetarian haggis with the traditional neeps and tatties, washed down with a wee dram of Tallisker.
