Managed to blip Bicycle Repair Man. He usually sets his stall out on the run up to Blackfriars Bridge where the traffic is moving way too fast for me to consider picking my camera up whilst driving.

Was a bit slower today and he was there so I took the risk. Not the best framing but never mind. This chap has a trailer with a ton of bike parts on it and offers running repairs to commuters - very enterprising.
