Pineapple Crisps

I made these today to garnish this dessert with.

Today I have been making lots of petit fours as we have a busy weekend coming up (finally). I made some mini cupcakes which i'm decorating tonight and I also made some green tea macaroons with a white chocolate and lemon ganache filling. And the chocolate brownies will be on this weekend too!

Also pie night again tomorrow (yay!!) so have been making more pies too. They are actually very labour intensive for what they are and earn me. But the customers love them and that's the main thing I suppose. Let's hope they all come back often!!
