Thursday 27 January 2011: 3 men & a laptop
A few months ago a new traffic island & filter light were put in at a junction I use most days....at the time it took a man with a laptop 3 days to get the light sequence running.......though it has never been great since, with traffic frequently getting snarled up.....but today there was 3 men with a laptop monitoring the traffic....maybe, just maybe, that's it sorted now.....
