King of the castle

Yesterday, as I mentioned, I put together the bird table. Today I put seed on the table. Turned out to be an instant success with a whole variety of birds turning up for a feed, including this Great Tit, who briefly perched atop the table.

Watching the comings and goings at the table took up a large part of my morning.
