Ice Lolly

I made an apple and pear spelt flour crumble at home yesterday and had some left over for today. I offered it to my daughter for her pudding with some home made ice cream. She said that it was too cold for daddy's ice cream and could she instead have mummy's home made ice lolly. She did enjoy it very much tough and she finished it too!
