Monday 31 January 2011: Monsters in the deep

I think I've finally found the monsters hiding in our IT setup

something in the network at home is creating havoc

but this time I think I've cracked it

resetting the wireless router firmware to factory seems to have sorted it

But again I wonder

how on earth does a normal person sort this stuff?
