Tuesday 1 February 2011: Whoah!
As educational blip today! This is the Ashley Burn which I came across on my wanders today. Apparently it was un-named on any map until 2002 when modern developments forced it into a bit of prominence, so it was given the name after the nearby farm and house. That's not bad at all, surely. And don't call be shirley. Aye, it's Ashley.
And some local bams who should know better have started tweeting about whisky drinking at lunchtime. This 101 Club is turning into a death cult, I fear. Tonight I avoided it but had a very fine beer in Teuchters. Time to tweet!
