Thursday 3 February 2011: Cats Eyes

Getting in to the swing of school once more - already, after less than a week, the holidays are a distant memory :(

It was another good day - it's so good to feel on top of things and to feel as though I'm contributing in a positive way towards the success of others.
I guess it's early days though, but things are all good so far.

Like LB's eye here maybe - at first glance it looks pretty straightforward. It's not until you look more closely that you begin to see other stuff going on. And when you look even more closely, you see even more!

Friday tomorrow - yay!

I guess folks in Queensland won't be caring very much at all that tomorrow is Friday. After the absolute hammering that state has had recently - massive floods then last night, the mother of all tropical cyclones - so many of them will be counting their blessings to simply still be alive and standing. So far, no reports of any loss of life nor serious injury. Let's hope that, even after closer insepction over the next few days, nothing changes on that front. My thoughts are with people up there who are, in many cases, yet to find out just what destruction the cyclone has dealt them.
