Easier said than done...

These are the coaching competencies of the International Coaching Federation which it has taken me nearly 6 months to learn how to put into effective practice. Today was a big milestone for me as I coached my first two clients, both outside of Spain. These are the tools of my new trade; laptop, Skype and headset, plus a biro and some paper! The journey has started...
