Thursday 3 February 2011: Crazy day!
Rubbish of me today, when the weather was nice I kept forgetting to take my camera and by the end of the day when I thought to take a shot the battery was flat. This is a fine example of my general disorganisedness (don't think that's a word but there you go) however despite my disorganisedness I did manage to:
1 Take boy to school
2 come home chatting to school mum (hadn't planned to but saw an opportunity to get some school gate info so when with it!)
3 go out again almost imeadiatly
4 get Ali's hair cut
5 buy Hoover bags (turned out to be wrong ones so will have to return)
6 go home went out again almost immeadiately to 'Rhyme time' at the Library managed to brain my child against Liz's childs head whilst singing the pirate rhyme:
'When I was one I'd just begun
The day I went to sea,
I jumped aboard a pirate ship
And the captain said to me -
"We're going this way, that way,
Forwards and backwards,
Over the irish sea.
A bottle of rum to fill my tum
And that's the life for me."'
(It was the 'this way that way' bit when they clashed! Liz and I collapsed in hysterics while our children rubbed their sore heads and carried on).
7 go home & out again this time on bike to the dentist
8 go home clean up kitchen and put dinner in slow cooker pick up Bob
9 go home deliver Ali to Liz
10 cycle with Bob to swimming lessons (through hightening storm) to swimming pool.
11 cycle back in rain and wind in dark - amazed Bob didn't really complain!
12 ate with Boys
13 did Wii fake fit
14 weekly shop at Tescos
15 was 'hustled' into Bed at about 10.30 by husband who said he needed an early night and that he wasn't getting up for any small children due to his job interview in the monring
Exhibit A new shoes for job interview (only shot I got before being told not to waste time and he's turning the light off now!) hence why I've managed to cut the edge off how annoying!
Went to bed feeling a bit miffed on the whole but a lot achieved

not that I condone violence you understand;-)
