A little bit sad

Got a tenant for my flat today. It's been on the market to let for about 2 months. This is good news. She likes the flat a lot and is willing to pay the asking price for the rent. She will move in mid March. I will be a little bit sad to move out. It's been my home for the last 8 years and I have lots of good memories from living here. But the times they are a-changing. Cue the violin.....
