Almond Blossom

Good photo day today. Went on a mission to get myself a snap of the white and pink almond blossom which is currently covering Mallorca. Every year we get the same show but this year I was determined to get a photo which did it justice. I had shots of groves of trees, blossom with mountains behind, blossoming almond trees next to fruit-laden orange trees next to olive trees, blossom with sheep grazing beneath and a thousand other combinations. In the end, though, the prettiest pic I had was just the blossom itself.
