Saturday 5 February 2011: Knowledge base

As it is national save our libraries day (or something) I thought we could visit our local and pay a few fines.
On another tack; after much fiddling, downloading manuals and buying bits on ebay I finally got our ancient boiler working on a more reliable basis. It has in the past been visited upon by various heating engineers but has never worked properly. Although these engineers have a greater knowledge of Worcester Heatslaves (but I'm beginning to wonder if that is really the case), they are lacking in one main and crucial element: a desire to see the thing working properly.
To be harsh, you might say they don't give a f***.
Mind you, It'll probably stop working again next week.
Edit: Didn't have to wait a week - it stopped this evening. Thinking cap back on.
