Sunday 6 February 2011: A long lunch
A perfect Sunday....I know it won't last, but with 20-degree temperatures forecast for today we decided to make the most of it and cook our lunch in the garden. A bit of work first - sowing mangetout peas for me, digging and weeding for Lo Jardinièr - interrupted by welcome chats with passing friends. Another passing friend joined us for an apéritif then we barbecued lamb chops and onions. The first proper lunch outdoors of the year, and so warm we had to sit in the shade to eat! As I said, I know it won't last...
