Southwold Pier and it's rough out there....

After blipping the both of Great Yarmouth Piers, we decided to drive down the coast a few miles to Southwold Pier. Although it was blowing a gale and there is almost nothing but the Pier there it was packed with people out for a walk or on the beach, there was more folk here than in Great Yarmouth.
I loved this pier, it hasn't much on it but it is exactly what a Pier should look like.

After a look round we set off for home, but first we tried to find a Pub that did lunch, not an easy thing to do on a Sunday at 2:00pm, just about everyone stopped serving at 1:30pm, we did manage just in time a bite to eat but the Pub did a Limited Menu, anyhow, we are back home after our weekend of six Piers and a 50th Party.
