Left to the rain

Had just some minutes left over on my lunch today to go around the corner where I found this. I just took some shots of it and two of a litter bin just beside.

I saw this like an image and didn´t think of what it was. As I had loaded it to my computer I found the little fly there... and then it just came to me what it was. Can you see what it is?
