Friday 11 February 2011: No other story..
..for today. I was at my computer when bits of information started to come up on Twitter so I switched to the BBC website to catch the moment as it happened. Now of course the paper is blank and there is a huge opportunity though also a sizeable risk. But, to quote that Gaelic proverb again, "the people are mightier than a lord" and if their wish for a pluralist democracy is carried through then Egypt will be a better place for all its citizens.
