Saturday 12 February 2011: Edinburgh Gin
To my mind one of the best gins there are, and produced by a local company, to boot.
As a bit of a gin aficionado (well certainly an enthusiastic gin drinker) I really like its clean crisp taste - this link also gives a bit of history
...AND.... it has added milk thistle so it must be good for you ;-)
