Monday 14 February 2011: Lunch out.
Today the girls met up for a luncheon. We went to 'Under the Red Verandah' - a very old two storey wooden building. It has been a popular place for many years, and has always had rave reports, and yet this was my first time there. It must have been one of the lucky buildings not to be damaged by the Earthquake of Sept 4, and able to continue doing business. It was very busy, and had beautiful food.
