penny for them....

Today I was trying out portrait shots. The work has asked me to photograph all the staff and I'm taking it seriously.
Unfortunately I don't have a studio or proper lights so I'll have to go with remote flash and a white board behind. Don't know how to combat reflection from spectacles or get rid of wrinkles so it should be interesting.
I guess I could use an angle poise lamp.
Any sensible ideas considered and daft ones probably used.
