All in a day's work

Busy day today. Just had a busy weekend and this is my Mise En Place (prep) list for today. The call about the bread is for a wake I'm doing for 40 people on wednesday, I do still make my own bread for the rolls and starters.
Anyway, I started very early this morning and had it all finished by 2pm with the help of James. James is going to be leaving soon so I'm looking for a new chef again.
Valentine's evening tonight and then a day off, YAY!!
